When asked, “Who is my neighbor?”, Jesus replied with the parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10). It is our responsibility and our privilege to reach out with mercy and the hope of the Gospel to our “neighbors” in need.
Crosswalk has a long history and relationship with New Hopewell Elementary. We serve the school and encourage the staff in a variety of ways throughout the year. Our most regular service is our Good News Club, an afterschool program at the school. During this time we have the privilege of caring for kids and sharing the good news of the Gospel through Bible stories, music, activities, and prayer. If you would like to know how you could help, contact Ryan. Every Spring, we serve our community by hosting a rummage sale. Who doesn’t love a good bargain? In July each year, we provide free school supplies to families in our community. In the Fall, we open our church parking lot and decorate our trucks and trunks in order to provide families and kids with a fun and safe place to dress up and trick or treat.New Hopewell Elementary
