At CrossWalk, we understand that every member is a minister, called by God to use the talents and gifts that God has given them in service and ministry to others. Being a Christian is not a "spectator sport." God made us to live in relationship to others and every person is uniquely gifted to bear the message of Christ to a world devoid of hope. At CrossWalk you will find a variety of people but we all have one thing in common: Every Christian is an ambassador of Christ. We read in 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin (Jesus) to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God."

We are a people with a heart and passion to honor God with our lives. He has called us to love Him with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and to love others as Christ loved us. By God's grace alone will we answer this call. We are a people who are constantly learning and growing in the grace of God and we invite you to come and be a part of our family and join us in ministry if you are not currently active in a community of believers in the Knoxville area.
